Who have we interviewed?  Click here to find out.

Surf photographers and filmmakers are our portals to the past.  They are some of the most important contributors to the preservation of surfing‘s history.  It is only through their eyes that we’re able to see what really happened and who was actually there during the golden era of surfing.  In the same spirit, we wanted to capture as many contemporary photograph’s to document the colorful characters often referred to as the legends of surfing”.

"Eric Jordan’s new film “Paving the Wave, For the Love of Surfing” is the most comprehensive and complete on-camera collection of people from Surfing’s ‘Golden Era’ telling their story, in their own words."

Steve Pezman, Founder & Publisher of Surfer’s Journal
